How can we get the energy flowing?
Our eyes react very quickly to tension of any kind. If we strengthen our resources and allow ourselves time for a relaxed and well-nourished body and mind, then we also support our eyes.
With a balanced and very individualised mix of eye training, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, cupping, moxa, nutrition and yoga, I am happy to accompany you on this path.
Can the eyes be supported holistically?
In the world of sport, it has long been known that the eyes have a major influence on our performance, how to relieve tension and how to actively support the eyes in their daily work. Many exercises were inspired by Dr Bates work and are very popular in neuroathletics today.
The connection between emotions, nutrition and external influences on our eyes originates more from Eastern medicine (TCM and yoga). In the western world, craniosacral therapy in particular offers a good approach to strengthening (eye) resources.

Hi, I'm Helen,
Holistic means for me a healthy mix of East and West that fits in the current moment.
My (western) thirst for knowledge led me to the ETH Zurich, where I became a food engineer - with the salutogenetic idea that a balanced diet is the best foundation for our health. My (eastern) interest was awakened when I was prescribed vision training and osteopathy appointments instead of a new pair of glasses. Now I am on my sabbatical on the holistic search for the great variety of ways in which we can support and care for our eyes. I would like to pass on the knowledge I have gained so that our windows to the soul can remain healthy, work optimally and shine.
